Your challenge
  • You convince French-speaking farmers and agricultural machinery dealers of our machinery and service offers by phone
  • You are in charge for the entire process from the first contact, machinery search, and offer preparation to contract conclusion
  • You are responsible for your own customer base, build up your own network, and expand it continuously
  • You constantly question existing sales approaches and find digital optimization levers
  • You offer your customers customized products and solutions to gain a competitive edge over standard market offers
  • In collaboration with Marketing, you develop digital concepts and strategies for more customer reach
  • You contribute towards achieving our ambitious revenue growth targets of more than 100%
Your profile
  • A real passion for sales: You love to convince customers, internalize our vision and thus achieve sales success
  • Customer focus: You love building relationships and widening your network
  • French, at native-speaker level, and solid English language skills for team communication
  • A positive attitude: You prefer to look for solutions rather than clinging to problems
  • A willingness to work in a team and solve challenges together
  • Experience in the field of agricultural engineering, automobiles, or similar industries is a plus
