Your challenge
As a
People & Culture Intern, you will play an active role across the full HR lifecycle and contribute to making E-FARM an exceptional place to work. You’ll support both operational HR tasks and culture initiatives while learning how HR works inside a fast-growing scale-up.
Recruiting & Talent AcquisitionDefine hiring targets together with founders and team leads
Support creating/optimizing job profiles
Screen applications and shortlist candidates
Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate next steps
Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
People OperationsFacilitate onboarding & offboarding processes
Complete daily HR administrative tasks (contracts, documentation, letters, etc.)
Keep employee records organized and up to date in Personio
Ensure compliance with internal processes and HR standards
Serve as the go-to person for everyday employee questions or issues
Culture & Employee Experience
Organize team gatherings, internal events, and office rituals
Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and team cohesion
Help maintain a positive “feel-good” atmosphere in the office
Contribute ideas to improve our culture, communication, and ways of working
Promote E-FARM’s values in everything you do
