Based in Hamburg, Germany, E-FARM is rethinking how farmers across Europe buy and sell machines. With over €150 million in transactions and support from industry giants like CLAAS (Germany) and venture capitalists like byWIT (Sweden), we’re a fast-growing startup driven by technology, international teamwork, and customer obsession.
Now, we’re looking for motivated international students to join us as active contributors in our joint sales and marketing efforts.
Your challenge
This is not an internship for spectators. You’ll play a leading role in developing and growing our presence in the
Ukrainian market. As part of our international team, you will:
- Pre-sales & Post-sales Activities (Ukraine focus): Communicate with Ukrainian customers, tailor offers to local needs, follow up on leads, and manage the full sales pipeline for Ukraine.
- Localized Digital Marketing Campaigns: Help create content and campaigns that speak directly to Ukrainian audiences, support targeted outreach via email and social media, and drive lead generation in the region.
- AI Sales Tool Management: Use and continuously improve AI-driven tools to optimize the Ukrainian sales flow and enhance customer targeting.
- Customer Happiness (in Ukraine): Act as a reliable and culturally aware advisor for Ukrainian customers – both online and (when possible) in person – helping them make smart buying and selling decisions.
